December 30th - January 1st: Shine bright new years eve campout

Here’s the schedule for the Shine Bright New Year’s Eve Campout. Please check in to this page for the most recent detailed information on the event. The finer details are in the paragraphs after the schedule.

December 30th:

1-3 pm- Tent selection for full access ticket holders. Membership seniority applies to selection process until 3. After 3 it’s first come first serve. Gates will close at sundown. Might still be able to drive to campsite with a guide.

We’re going to setup and hangout. No scheduled music but members that can make it will have better campsite selection and no difference in price for the event. Think of it as a free day of camping with the family.

December 31st:

Gates open at sunrise. Gates close at sunset. Cars will need to park in parking lot and all camping gear will need to be walked into your campsite once gates close. Admission will be accepted until tickets are sold out or 11pm. 150 person max. Please purchase your ticket before coming up. We will be turning away people after maximum occupancy is reached.

The details below:

No open containers. (bring a cup) Smoking allowed in designated areas. Prizes for top 3 costumes and best tent. Please utilize the porta-potties for all #2’s. No trash or clothing in the porta-potties.

What to bring:

Costume that shines. Camping gear. Warm clothes. Shade tent for hanging out and dry place in case of rain. Food and beverages for all meals.
